Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist, and EMDR-trained provider specializing in trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. She helps clients navigate challenges related to sexuality, communication, conflict, and nervous system regulation.
Her approach integrates Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, and EMDR’s Adaptive Information Processing model within a biopsychosocial framework. Anna is also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), supporting clients in building deeper emotional connection and lasting intimacy.
In addition to therapy, Anna offers coaching for individuals and couples, focusing on leadership, relationships, and sexuality. Using Immunity to Change Mapping and Positive Intelligence, she empowers clients to overcome barriers, enhance communication, and strengthen connection—especially for couples preparing for marriage or rebuilding their foundation.
Anna is also the co-owner of Real Questions Answered, a platform offering educational content, podcasting, coaching, and speaking. With a mission to foster confidence, connection, and clarity around sexuality, she equips people to cultivate healthy, fulfilling relationships.

PERSONALLY
Anna was born and raised in Texas, where she continues to live with her family. She identifies as an extrovert and is highly social. She loves meeting new people and is always seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Her favorite color is pink and she identifies closely with the movie character Elle Woods, a brilliant feminist who loves herself and people.
