Individual and relational counseling focuses on healing past wounds, addressing mental health concerns, and fostering emotional and relational well-being. Counseling often includes coaching as an intervention. In contrast, coaching is a future-focused, action-driven service designed to help clients learn, build skills, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. Coaching may address past wounds and their impact on present day issues, but it rarely involves intervention to address or heal issues related to the past.
Unlike counseling, which requires a state license and oversight by a governing body, coaching does not require formal licensure or specific training. As a cross-disciplinary provider, Anna upholds the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, transparency, and responsibility when practicing both as a therapist and coach, ensuring that every client receives the appropriate level of care and support for their unique needs.
Therapy rates range from $200–$225 per 50-minute session, with intake sessions at $300 for 75 minutes. Services are fee-for-service, with payment due at the start of each appointment. Anna does not accept insurance. Superbills may be provided for therapy only, and no diagnostic codes will be given. Therapy payments may be made via credit/debit or HSA/FSA.
Coaching is offered through Real Questions Answered, co-owned by Anna. Coaching services may be purchased hourly or as part of a package. Hourly coaching is $260 and is not eligible for superbills, insurance reimbursement, or HSA/FSA use.
Coaching packages are available to reduce the overall hourly rate, provide structure, and support deeper, more consistent progress within a set number of sessions.

A typical session lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences. The frequency of sessions will depend on your individual/relational needs and goals. It is recommended for some clients to attend weekly, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
Recommendations for meeting frequency and length of sessions will be discussed based on the client’s needs and available resources.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach and intervention that uses bi-lateral stimulation to address issues related to trauma. For more information visit the EMDR International Association website here https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/
Anna works with clients to address a wide variety of issues related to trauma, sex and sexuality, relational challenges, work and performance challenges, anxiety, depression, faith and spiritual challenges, and issues related to coping and regulation.
Anna does not specialize in working with individuals or couples seeking crisis or emergency services, discernment or mediation services, issues related to domestic violence, divorce, legal paperwork or evaluative services.
Anna is committed to providing the best possible care. In order to respect your time, Anna’s time and the time of other clients, it is expected that clients attend sessions in full as scheduled.
If you are unable to attend a session, please provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-show appointments and late cancellations [made less than 24 hours in advance] will be charged the full session fee unless otherwise discussed.
A late cancellation is considered 15-minutes late or more for a 50 minute appointment.
These policies are in place to ensure that we can offer timely services to all clients and maintain the quality of care you deserve.
Emergencies happen and will be considered on a case by case basis and up to the provider’s judgement. Anna will do her best to accommodate unexpected situations. Please contact Anna via email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
