MISSION AND VISION
Anna believes that all people are created with a need for relational connection. Her mission is to educate, equip, and empower individuals and couples to navigate the challenges in life related to relationships and sexuality. Through trauma-informed therapy, coaching, and education, she provides the tools and interventions needed to foster safety, intimacy, and lasting relational health —all while upholding the highest ethical standards of care, integrity, and professional responsibility. Anna envisions a world where individuals and couples find the freedom to experience deep, authentic connection—both within themselves and in their relationships. She strives to help clients navigate barriers to intimacy, heal past wounds, and create a foundation of safety and trust. Her goal is to transform the way people understand and engage in relationships and sexuality, fostering confidence, clarity, and meaningful connection.

Anna believes in blending ethically grounded, evidence-based practices and the values of the Christian faith. Unlike a passive acknowledgment of spirituality in therapy, Anna has pursued advanced training to provide services that integrate faith into practice. At the core of her work is the central message of the Christian faith, as communicated through Scripture. The gospel—the story of God’s redemptive and reconciling work through Jesus Christ—guides her approach, shaping how she serves, supports, and empowers those she works with.
This distinctive approach allows Anna to serve clients holistically addressing the mind, body, and spirit in a way that fosters deep healing and growth. Clients are not expected to hold the same beliefs and values that she has. Anna welcomes individuals from all beliefs and backgrounds, understanding that faith-based service is not about imposing her views but about creating a space of safety, honesty, and care.
